These two best friends originally bonded over their shared passions for Halloween, true crime podcasts, being obnoxiously hilarious, and the life of the party. It all started when Kim hosted her 32nd birthday on the Innchanter a 100-year-old ship, which was the perfect location for a period piece murder mystery. With numerous party ideas in mind and a need for a creative outlet, the two put their heads together to write one, then two, and eventually more plots for their friends to party to.

What’s your favourite part about a murder mystery?

“It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.”

What’s your favourite part of a murder mystery?

“Learning my character through trial + error, landing on one that works for me, finally becoming someone I wouldn’t normally be, and by the same principle, watching others become their own .”
