Now panic gives way to dread: you’re trapped inside with a dangerous, unpredictable mix of strangers, including someone who could be responsible, while relentless rain and worsening conditions make escape feel impossible.
There is a killer in the cabin!
The date is March 28th, 1970. You’ve just arrived at a cozy, yet isolated cottage, nestled in the wild Pacific coast rainforest. A group gathers to celebrate a birthday. The storm arrives just after nightfall. Taking A reprieve from the rain, strangers are forced to mingle as thunder crashes and power flickers. Suddenly, the lights extinguish, a thunderous boom echoing through the room - panic ensues. Was it thunder? No... There was no lightning.
When the lights snap back, despised real estate mogul Reginald Caldwell lies dead in a spreading pool of blood. Dread settles in - You’re confined in the small cabin, with a dangerously ill-assorted Lot, one of whom is a Disturbed murderer. You must try to survive, with the cascading rain and howling winds suffocating all hope for escape.

How to prepare
Once you receive your emailed character sheet from us, please review it several times and start to think creatively about how you’d love to act, dress, speak, and play your character. Each character is given goals that they will aim to complete during the game. We will include different abilities, clues, secrets, and money in your package, which adds to everyone’s side quests and detection.
First-time players
Our murder mystery games are non-scripted, which may feel a little intimidating at first, but don’t worry. We send you plenty of info on your character sheet closer to the event date so you can feel prepared. In the meantime, consider thrift shopping or upcycling an outfit for your character based on the description we’ve provided.

❊ FAQs
You’ve got questions,
we’ve got answers
-
There is only one of each character available, so please ensure you get the one you want before it’s gone! You can purchase multiple by ‘registering’ one at a time, which adds them to your cart at the top of the page. Once you have all you want in your cart, check out online - remember to add everyone’s individual email addresses who will be playing those parts.
-
Playing a murder mystery game requires just three basic attributes - a sense of fun, an ability to strike up a conversation with another person, and the willingness to pretend to be someone else for an evening. If you can do that, you should have no trouble!
-
Besides a willingness to play your heart out, we ask participants:
Dress the part, consider thrifting, borrowing, or using fun items from your own closet for a costume that your character would rock.
A printout of your character sheet + a pencil or pen to take notes. Your character sheet contains important information you’ll need on the night of, including people you know in the game, your goals, abilities, and more!
Please do not bring any ‘dangerous’ props such as actual knives, fake guns, sharp objects, or other potentially dangerous objects.
